Best armor for Pure STR Glavie?

When people say 'tanking' with a pure str glavie, I always think of armor. But some people have been saying wearing garmnet is better.

im using pure str glavie with fire and ligthning for grasswalk

i use an armor, cuz i prefer to have a bigger defence, like a tank, the only problem is that you spend alot of mp pots (not a problem to me) and you move a little slower (but i've grasswlk for that) ... many people pure str glavie use garment cuz you move faster and you have low mp consum rate ... its up to you to choose, look on the tip about pure str glavie that is sticky on this boards!

I wear garments because I need the mag. defense for Taoists, and they look damn cool. I use grasswalk also. I have 50% increase in speed (49% = 20% garments + 29% grasswalk)

many str people use garments couse of this :

str gets 1 point of phy defence per hard point invested ( hard points are points you get when you lvl up , not str from equipment)

str has low mana , and many str dont take much graswalk

So thay have a natural high phy defence , a natural low mag defence , and low mana , , garms solve a number of these problems

most ints max out graswalk anyway's couse lighting is a main skill tree for them couse of the peice force series , so thay might aswel farm a lil extra to get more graswalk , thay have huge mana and almost no phy defence , and massive low lfe conpaired to a str player thats why most ints walk around in armor
