HOW GOOD WILL INT ( SPEAR S/S) BE WHEN 90 CAP COMES?

Hi guys was wondering because after the 90 cap update you can get 60% mana shield:o Isnt it true then that Inters will get insane strong or am i just wrong? Thnx

probly, but euros will own alot more then they do now once 90 comes

bladers will own like glaivers own now because lvl 30 blade skill coming (dont no name) but it adds phy and magical attck power to blade i mean it really adds dmg but it takes away phy and magical def of shield while its in effect

why shud euros become weaker?

on 90 cap the chinese still have only 300 masteries to use, but euros can max out 2 trees like they could before

sword s/s at 83% (naked) magic balance i was able to use a snow up to my lvl because of the blocks

with the high criticals on stabs and the effects on chains we would rock

No one screws with the 90 euro's in CSRO they pretty much can one hit anyone at will.

It is actually 53% snow shield, I have played on my guild masters lvl 90 nuker (fully farmed and fully pimped equipment).

They do get much stronger because there is MANY new nukes that you get.

pure int anything relies on snow shield which is all well and good...till it runs out then they are jokes
