To my knowledge, any lvl 20+ thief can wear the thief suit. I own one. I paid 1Million for it 6 months ago before the european update. To be honest, 1 million to me is worth it. I get alot of attention, and it DEFINITELY looks better than a rgular suit.

Plus, you stand out. You're somewhat unique than other thieves, although you'renot the only one who has that suit.

Also, they stopped selling the 1mil suit, so it could be worth alot more money because its like a collectible item now.

I've heard that you can still get a devil black suit if you are a level 2 or 3 theif. Is this right?
