Sleep
Lately, i'm having trouble sleeping.
not like, idk how to, cause i know its just closing ur eyes n stuff, i've done it before.
anyways, last couple days, i havent been able to sleep properly. example, i
go to bed at 12.30, lay in bed awake till 4.30 and then finally falling asleep.
just talked to kj, he told me he cant sleep either.
now this isnt such a big problem cause it was holidays, but tomorrow my school
starts again, and i do want to be a bit fit n stuff.
anybody here have any sleeptricks?
mine is usually reading before goin to sleep (i read anything; from huge books
to donald ducks -.-), but that doesn't seem to work anymore =[

And listening calm music before you go to sleep
That didn't work for me.
I have the same problem as you guys, but emptying my mind worked for me perfectly (worked because now my arm has either grown in a weird way into my should bone, or I've dislocated it without knowing it..)
So the pain is bloody killing me, leaving me sleepless..

I had trouble sleeping for about 2 years (8th-9th grade in school). The way I overcame it was darkening my room so much that I couldnt see my hand in front of me. If the room is pitch black, your mind cant focus on anything because you cant see anything. So as a result, your mind isnt all jittery and focused, so sleep comes easier. This worked for me, I dont know if anyone else has tried it.
Another alternative to this is to excersise and do a lot of physical activity durning the day. This puts your body in a state of fatigue, so sleep is necessary.
Also, when you get ready for bed, dont worry about wether or not you can get to sleep. You will eventually fall asleep. If you fall asleep late and wake up early, avoid taking naps in midday. This recovers your energy so when you go to sleep in the evening, you have energy reserved from your nap.
Another method that I used believe it or not was to think that I was free falling in the sky or flying. For some reason, when I think about free=falling, I feel peaceful, because there is nothing there except the sky and you continuously falling. Think of the open air, the speed of your fall, and close your eyes. For some reason, its just peaceful. It puts me to sleep quickly.

cin, you should really keep your hands off the bullit!!!
I just lie in my bed with ma teddy
while listening to the radio... I allways listen to Q-music (dutch station) and I fall asleep soon...
Try doing your homework or something before going to bed... or just put your discman hard as hell, or plug some boxes on it so that you can listen your music without strangling yourself... I allways do that with my mp3... just put it loud as hell, put it on the little thingy next to my bed, and also plug it in so that the batery is charging while playing music.
BTW: I'm still off tomorrow!

@waisha, no computer before bed doesnt work for me. i basically browse srf
till i sleep =.=
3 a day??
I drink 3 of those bitches in a month!
Bullit just gives you too much caffeine, it maks you fat and it a cold drink. If you want your caffeine a day drink coffee, or maybe Ice coffee ( dat nieuwe spul van campina en douwe egberts misschien?)
I tend to sleep like a baby when I drank a cappuchino before bed...
