For me it was when I was a kiddie, 5 years old I think.
It was a hot summer, I was riding my bike with a friend and there was a unasphalted (don't know if that's how you call it) road, so I lost control of my bike and the thing started to shake and stuff until I fell, I think i rollled for like 10 meters and I had no shirt, I had wounds all over my chest and I still have some scars but they are not big deal.
Oh and when I was 2 I got burnt with hot water, all over my chest and right arm, I'm glad it didn't get on my face because I don't think they could have removed the dead skin and I would look like a freak, I have a bit on my arm but you can hardly notice it, luckily.
I also broke my clavicle when I was 11 I think, I was at school in the break and some kids were playing tag and this very very fat kid lost control over his body and fell on me.

When i was 3, We were in my summer home in Cartagena. and that day, Carlos Vives. A really famous Colombian Singer was staying with us, anyway. I got a little excited at dinner apparently, like soon after her arrived. So, i was standing on one of the chairs at the dinner table, and i was like jumping around. Well, i lost my balance and fell on to the corner of the table, with my eye brow hitting the exact corner. I passed out immediately, my skin was torn off and i was gushing blood. I had to be Heli-evac'd out to hospital. Luckily i didn't loose my sight, i had 8 stitches, and if it was 2mm deeper, i would not have been here to tell you this story.
When i was 4, once again in the same summer estate in Cartagena. My cousins were staying with us, so one night. Me, my sister, and 2 of my cousins. Decided to have a little naughty fun, dawning t-shirts over our mouthes like masks and filters. We went to every bathroom and found every single bottle of Talcum/Baby powder we could get our little hands on. Anyway, we brought it back to our room, and let it rip. There was baby powder everywhere, (i dono why we thought this was fun) anyway. Through the blinding mist, we decided to jump from one bed to the other, and back. Well, i miscalculated something, and i jumped and missed the bed landing on the floor, my head flew forward smacking the mattress and ricocheting backwards. However, unluckily it found my cousin's flying through the air foot, and i was knocked unconscious, and had both nostrils broken and bleeding.
When i was 8 (i think), i had a friend over in my appartment, and we were messing around and shit. Well anyway, we were jumping on the bed (yes all good stories start like this) and i decided to do a jump landing on my back, well once again my geometry was a little off and i ended up whacking my skull on the corner of my night table, this resulted in torn scalp, hairline fracture to the skull, 6 stitches and me screaming bloody murder. Whilst of course blood was gushing everywhere. Best thing of all, this is the day we had gotten our brand new car, and it's first ever use was to have me cover it with blood whilst rushing to the hospital. Of course im glad for my granny who kept slapping the bajesus out of me to keep me conscious.
October about 3 years ago now, i was leaving school and my friend wanted help with her iPod, so she offered me a lift back home, whilst i work on her iPod and LapTop, anyway. She decided to drive, but at this time most of them were driving so no problem. Anyway, we got on the toll, and she decided to be a smart ass, put the car in sport mode, and started doing about 160km/h. It was mostly straights, so although scared i didn't really mind. However, she took a corner at 180km/h (she said she hit the gas accidentally before the break) and thats where we fishtailed, spun around 180*. Went backwards into a ditch, hit the wall. Flipped over 3 times whilst doing two 360* turns, finally ending up. Upside down, over the windshield (THANK GOD FOR SEAT BELTS!) and the windshield was cracked not broken, but the best part. The windshield was hanging over a sewer which was a good 2meters down. Well, i walked away with only 1 bruise, a little bruise to my cheek. How did i get that? The laptop i was working on, smacked me in the face.
Yeah, how im still alive, i really don't know. But im thankful for it. *Knocks Wood*

i was cancer in 2003 i just was 13 years old.My hair gone dead that time and i counlt eat anything cuz of the medicine it made my moouth full of pain and it was a big pain to drink forr me and that time was the most painfull time in my life and it was so fucikg painfull i thought i would die cuz it was a pain u thnk dying better then having that painand i am here and alive now and i have my hair again Life is Good i changed my mind
Probably the time I bit through my lip. We were playing some retardo game and I fell clean onto my friends back...my chin moved upwards and and obviously my lip was between my teeth. Lots of blood. Lots of stitches.
Possibly the other most painful time of my life was when I was on a pedal train in Germany, this massive metal cage of a pedal train with proper gauge train wheels to boot. I got smart and my foot slipped wheel went right over my foot. Never got it checked out, still gives me problems today every once in a while.
Maybe one more Big door...hinged on the other side of the door...while it was open I stuck my fingers in the hole (no idea why), someone closed the door...completely....fingers...got heavily squished...ouchies.

fractured my arm when I was in 2nd grade. I decided to be a jackass and jump off the playset to do a somersault or something and landed on my arm. Didn't feel too bad when I got home but at the doctors they twisted my arm to set it and I screamed the entire time
when I was in 7th grade(?) I was riding my bike with some friends on the sidewalk. My bike's wheels got stuck between the grass and the cement and it flipped and I landed on my hands which got torn up really bad. They were all bloody and felt like it was burning for damn near 10 minutes until my friends got water and poured it over my hands
and I think in 7th or 8th grade I got in a fight with this turd. He punched me in the stomach and it hurt so much. Later I whacked his face with my fist felt so good (never ever believe in those jackie chan movies, you'll go down in 1 or 2 hits even if your the most ripped kid in the school)

When I broke my left arm for the fifth time skating down a half pipe, I handed on it in a 90 degree angle, the impact was so hard people 20 feet away heard the snap, and my arm is now curved until I get surgery on it.
I think I never really went through a lot of physical hurts. Never broke any bones which I'm proud of.
I was doing gymnastics when I was small...I went to class 2 times a week and we spend an hour streching before goign into full practise, that was pretty painful, that and losing virgi...nvm xD
When i was younger, i think i was like 7 years old, me and my friends were often playing in a deserted train station. There was 3 floors and the only way to access the 3rd one was a ladder.I went on the roof with a friend and we started acting like if we were ninjas and all, then mu left leg went through the roof. so i had my left leg all bleeding and hurting whiel the right one was doing a 90° angle on the roof =/ Not sure if i describe it well but...u got the idea.
The painful moment was when i had to pull out my leg >.<

Well it was about three years ago. I was out skating with my friends at the local skating rink. It was all fun and everything and I was doing all these fancy tricks, then right in the middle of a trick this retardo decided it would be a good time to lose his balance so he grabbed on to my shirt and I went rocketing down and my forhead hit the wall HARD and I broke my leg in 2 place, I could practically see the white of my bone sticking at my knee. It was a painfull week.
I once drove my bike off a 15 ft birdge and fell on my head on a rock, luckily I had a helmet on..but it shattered and I got a concussion, plus 2 huge gashes on my sholders..

I'm kinda lucky, never got really hurt physically, broke a few toe, like all of them lol I just keep breaking them -.-. Broke my front tooth once, got hit by a metal bar lulz, didn't hurt that much, well I just freaked out when I realised my tooth exploded in my mouth ._.
but im kinda ''the lucky guy'' never got really sick, never got into serious accident, even though im kinda retarded and taking dumb risk all the time.
