I know they're not botters, but I don't what are they?

Every couple of weeks, I see a group of people that have, the same exact weapon and armor, they stood in a triangle shape, and they ran to the same way and went on the exact same time.
And they had no names, I don't know exactly what are they named, but their name looked like the NPCs's names.
What are they?

mercaneries?
only guildmasters can summon them and they can help you fighting in jobs...
but after fortress war update they're gone

i hope they come back one day

pretty good that they are gone after the update..

Its not fair to have mercs in jobbing or guildwars..
