directx 10

is there directx 10 for windows xp? I can't load call of duty 2 because I dont have directx.

or does it come only with vista

DirectX 10 is not needed for CoD2. Just install the DirectX that comes with the game install.

And to your question; I don't think there is DirectX for XP.

xp using directx 9 vista uses directx 10 and cod2 doesn't use directx10

Well, then there is some other problem. Try reinstalling the DirectX, and are you sure your computer can handle CoD2?
