hey vapore
noticed u like wearing robes on your build...
just want to know if its worth using robe for other warrior builds as well such as 2h/cleric or 1h/cleric etc?
i understand warlock sub has intense mana requirements hence using robe seems logical...but wondering if its worth sacrificing phy def on other builds
the only thing worrying is rogue / 2h damage you'll be taking if your gonna use robe unless its not really that noticable?

I'm not as much worried about being critted as im worried about nukers and wizards attacking me, (134% Crit Parry) thats one of the main reasons I wear robes, and no the Robes dont work like the Chinese garments, they do give you 20% speed but not 20% less MP consumption, for other builds like 1H Sword / Cleric I would advise wearing Light Armor, you cant go wrong with the Passives cleric gives you.

i thought the increase in phy and mag def passive skills only work when you wield a cleric rod...which wouldnt be useful since majority of the time you'd be holding a warrior weapon anyways
I think faith, the one you need to lvl for the blessings (I thought O_O )

Props to chrisorg for the sig <3

I like it. Makes everything look really good. I'm warrior/warlock on the warrior I have, and was considering switching to cleric to try to support my (Chinese) guildies, but this looks like a great build and I'll have to try getting it to 80! (Not that I can in this lifetime with the amount I play but...oh well) Thanks!
Only one question. How do you find the lack of speed affects you against a rogue/bard? Do you believe the warlock skills make up for it in this case?

What lack of speed? He's using potions and gets buffed with moving march. Doubt lack of speed is a problem.

Even then, zip would make up for it in an instant. Knockback+Stun, then start debuffing.

Its the other way around i think, european robes give -20% mp usage but don't raise speed.

No, robes do in fact give both +20% movement speed and -20% mp consumption.

omfg, It never stops to amaze me how little people READ. This is directly to everyone arguing about the set bonuses.

BTW, V4V, i watched your other stage6 video and it kinda scared me. Your damage on glaivers(or any str) is rather low, however i saw you raped ints like no one business, of course with a 72+7 sword....which scares me again cuz idk if i can make antoher +7. I bought a really nice white sword +3, 11 crit, and i tried to +7 it and it wont go

If that's the case, then the armor set bonuses must be a bug yet to be fixed (unless "set effect" is defined as a "predetermined" effect-- meaning some robes give bonuses and others don't-- and not a "set of armor" effect). I did a test using a level 1 recovery division division with both heavy armor and in robes.
Recovery Division in Heavy Armor -> 1272 mp
Recovery Division in Robes -> 1017 mp
The same goes for the speed bonus, which is easy to test if you have a buddy on at the time.
You can test this yourself in the game for further confirmation.

Do you think you do good enough in pvp for a +5 or +6 weapon?
Well a +5 is indeed enough, but then you'd be solely relying on critical hits, which is why I find 2 chinese PVP'ing so overwhelmingly boring, as neither of them (Unless Full Sun leet haxor) do enough damage to eachother to overcome their potion spam. Even with a +7 I would have to rely on crits, but my debuffs once placed its almost certainly over for the other guy, crits are just a nice bonus.

hmm i see. Well it is certainly a nice build you have, and interesting enough for me to try it. I Guess i still have time until im gona need a 72 weapon. 1h always seemed fun to me because it was like a strong blader, after this topic, im in a rush to get 60+ and 70+ to see what i can do
sigh....guess this means i need to alchemize a whole new set
@psy, ill have to try it...but if what u say is true, then joymax really did mess up. go figure.

Again, warlock sub gets weaker with the cap rises simply because of clerics getting holy spell...and more of them actually having it.... Ask him, his build would probably be useless vs one of his cleric guildmates with the same equips, or any str chinese buffed with holy....then again once he wheel binds them they wouldn't realize they have to run for a while...(I still don't think wheel binds should land though...it's a curse or weaken series after all.)
He just pwns as a warrior, and that's that.

To the contrary, Warlock gets equally as annoying with cap raises, Just at Lv 84 they receive upgrades on all of the curses, including Area (3 Target) Impotent, Area Wheel Bind, called Recovery Bind that hits 3 people, Area Hidden trap, that does over 9k absolute damage on 3 targets, and of course at Lv 90 the advanced reflect will be reflecting more damage than you deal, 105%
