"windows button"-alt-enter? or there is an option that says start game in windowed mode?
i always start wif windowed mode even in pvp, switch to full screen only in guild war/jobbing

dont say anything about teh skillbar, its my lvl 1 nukes and my lvl 10 horses that i use for bothunting, just needed the charge action for the screenie ^_^
