So, i downloaded the update. This is what i did.
1. Go to silkroad homepage and download the update on utorrent.
2. Open it and download the real thing or whatever.
3. Then when it goes to open sro, it says that "The server is undergoing inspection or updates. Connect to http://www.silkroadonline.net for more information."
NOT FUN! help please, im dying to try the update =[

I dunno if this will help or not, but here goes.
1) Go to the Start menu, then Run
2) Type in:
It should bring you to a folder with a few weird files in it.
3) Open the file called Hosts with Notepad. Make sure it's not Read-only. You should see a bunch of IP addresses and website names.
4) Add these lines in and save afterwards: (It's pretty long
