Quickly going back to places?

I see people quickly come back to a place(Bandit stronghold) after they recently died...Is there some way to teleport there quick or something?

Hmmm, not sure if they have a person who if you talk to and your under lvl 20 you can tele back to the last place you died and used return scroll in Jangan but they have it in Con in euro town.

These people are above level 10, and can not just respawn there.

yeah they give you that abiltiy when you have a new newb char
than they take it away and make you buy scrolls with real money

i know they have to make money some way
