whats legend 3 bout ? n what are the spawn locations of ROC ? it'd be noobish when 90 cap opens and we dnt even know where ROC will spawn lol

Legend III isn't even rumoured about. But if legend III will be the 90 cap it will not have Roc as a unique but Saytann. He/it/them will spawn in Western Asia. The part that is still grayed out on the map.

iirc, roc is a quest mob (like that one other in asia minor)

We don't even know what Roc's real level is. I've only seen him in videos of test servers or pk2 edits.

Legend III would most likely be 90 cap as others have said. 90 unique isn't Roc, but Saytan.
Yea, only thing I saw Roc in was pk2 edits and in the tsro event.
