We updated chat block system last weekly server inspection(12/18/2007 Silkroad Standard Time) and users have reported that Character names are not saved if changing pc or intalling a client newly.
As we planned it at first, chat block system essentially does not save charater names if changing pc or intalling a client newly. we expect that users will not feel inconvenience because spammers in every server have been changed their charater names every time.
Once again, chat block system essentially does not save charater names when changing pc or intalling a client newly.

wtf is this.. why they put chat block system.. it's annoying to put names everytime we logging in...
