at what lvl should i have a 9 gap for penons getting plvled

If you want to farm at penons using a powerleveler >>>

lvl 34 mastery skills.
+9 gap = 43 character lvl
43+11 powerlvl gap = 54 = lvl of penons

so yea, lvl 34 skills, lvl 43 char would give you highest sp.

lvl 43 0 gap would give you highest exp.

I really don;t get any of that math part, but i got pvleveld once there at lv 41 with 0 gap and did pretty good.

im pretty sure 11 lvls or higher exp/sp will drop significantly

11 levels is the optimum level for max EXP. 12 is the same. After that it still lowers, but I don't think it hurts that much. (for instance, my EXP was still going fairly fast at Bone Soldiers/Niya Guards while I'm only Lv57)

What level do I need to be to successfully KD people who come in and insist on 1-hitting every mob in my grind area because they HAVE to power level their friends right next to me?

I know I can't stop people from power leveling, but I just wish people would be somewhat courteous about it. Leave at least something for those of us that choose to actually grind for our exp.
