it raises ur minium dmg range so if u do 100-200 dmg, if u use the bird or add the pacheon passive it will turn into 109-200. well thats wat i think it does. simply, it lets u hit higher.

it helps u hit towards the highier range of attack damage more often, basically makes u get better chance of highier damage each hit

Attack Rating (Strikes Tablet): Adds Attack Rating. Attack rating will help you hit closer to your maximum damage. IE. Your physical attack is 200-325, a higher attack rating will help you consistently hit closer to 325

but how much attack rating do you need to have "max" damage, meaning if for example i got like 9999 attack rating would i hit my max damage everyturn?

just asking because i want to know when enough is enough or is it you can never have enough, so i can skip the attack rating bird if i have a 100% attack rating bow or something

the 100% attack rating means its the limit it can go on that degree of weapon and its impossible to reach max damage.
