Level 11 fire/glaive

I'm just starting a new player on the Neptune server.

I've been doing a 3 level gap since level 9, and I'm sticking with 1, 3, 4, and 8 for the glaive mastery

I'm just wondering if this is good, and what fire skills should I get?
