detailed guide on academy

I dont understand them
the cummulated buff and the uncummulated and honor points and such
anyone have a guide?
Or something to help me understand it.

Well, I joined one yesterday, and it added accumulated buff near my name, though I don't know what it is. I hope I don't lose anything from joining that, so if someone could explain, I would be really thankful

Your accumulated buff goes higher when you kill monsters, the more you kill the higher it gets, when you click it and transfer it to your guardian, your guardian gets 20% of that buff and you get 80%.

You get cumulated buff (just like accumulated but its just going down while your killing mobs) and you get 10% xp increase while its on.

So if your accumulated buff is 10k and you transfer it to your guardian, your guardian gets 2k and you get 8k, so you can kill 800 (?) monsters with this 10% xp increase buff.

By having a lot of Honor points, enough to get you ranked.
