for example if i had a 0 gap from 23 until 80 i would gain 134k sp, is that true or what

Well to be exact its 134,393 sp.

And yes the website is right. It wouldn't exist if it wasn't.

im confused, so say i had a 0 gap from 1 to 80, does the chart show how much sp i get per level?

It shows you how much sp you get total if you 0 gap from 1 to 80,
like if you 0 gap from 1 to 2 you get 4 sp total, you get diffrent sp at every level.
