I started a guild yesterday, this is logo for website. C&C please.

The black thing in the back and detail is ninja'd from a screenshot I took of our guild tabard displayed in the guild bank. I tried to go for a tarnished gold on the letters - the whole thing is not really my style, but I want the site to be themed.

Looks good, but I don't think the emboss will look good in the website..

the emboss would look better if it weren't rough-hewn. if it was a smoother bevel the effect would be closer to the tarnished gold you were going for. however, i think the roughness of it lends itself to the idea of fear/phobia. i like it, even though iat first glance it looks like the figure at the top of the "O" is a baby dragon facing away from the camera doing "jazz hands" <3 j/k j/k

while laying in bed watching TV before sleeping last night I realized why it looks so fake. The tarnished layers are above the emboss layers. I need to stick the tarnish between the letters and the emboss shadows/highlights. It should tone down the effect of the emboss.

Yeah fix that bit and you have a very clean and easily implementable site graphic. A+
