Costs of Shields

What determines a value for a shield?

Right now, i'm looking at a Level 42, +3 Robust Guard Shield, it's BR is 18 and has 67% increase on Phys, and 45% nicrease on mag (its defenses)

Man's selling it for 1.5 million.

What you think? And BR DOES determine value yes? It's not sos btw

should i get a lvl 48 shield +3 BR 17 no blues for 2.5 million?

or get the level 42 shield +3 BR 18 no blues for 1.5 mil?

I'm lvl 42 atm btw.. i dont mind waiting, but whats a better buy

i kind of like the br 18...

i have a shield br 18 (found it) and i +3 it for aroudn 500k worth of elxir... so if you can find one with just good br you can +3 cheaper

at that lvl, i dont know i cant remember...i know the value of 72 shields is based on + and BR...
