how much GP needed for lvl 2 guild?

I'm thinking about transfering the leadership of my lvl 5 guild to my other character and starting a new guild just to get it to lvl 2 just to get extra storage for myself and then after the guild is lvl 2 so I have a guild storage I would transfer leadership of the lvl 2 guild to a low lvl character I have on the same ID just to be able to store more items I have, and THEN transfer leadership of the lvl 5 back to my current character. (yeah alot of transfering)

its easy make your stall char the leader of it always useful to have couple pages storage and also if you cant multiclient its a perfect way to move items safely from char to char

yeah i would have 2 guilds on 1 id since you can make 4 characters under one id, then you can just transfer them through your normal storage.

Nooo costs 3m to lvl up the guild with money and 5400gp (guild points I think? not sure) are needed also.
