My connection speed is 256 DSL so it took me about 11 hours to download the client not to mention the endless tries before downloading it cause fileplanet had this silly error i had to keep trying for like 2 days and today i finally managed to download it..and look what i get at the last 2 mins.

No the second...on the first i tried to pause it (the download manager said it was okay to pause infront of the resume capability thing) and now the speed just stopped at 0 bytes/s for like 2 hours for no reason whatsoever, i tried to pause and continue and it gave me this..the same error it gave me in the first one.

And torrents just suk it would take me like 24 hours to download the damn thing.

Took me almost an hour on torrents just now, 2mbit internet only too, downloading on max speeds, theres a lot of seeders...

Well no need for torrent now i already found another D/L...from gamershell this time...a zipped one of 554mb.

Heheh

What you could have done was put the 99% downloaded file into your torrent application and it would have repaired only the part that was broken.

Torrents are great for repairing partially downloaded files or files broken by a download manager.

You would only download the bit you are missing instead of the whole thing.

WTF is that i just downloaded it again from the same link from the same site filefront and it also got screwed up at the end something about that teh source file could not be read?

Can anyone help me there?
