Overall, I would say dagger does more damage.

There's a search button, you know. There's also thousands of topics asking that, majority say Cleric. You would know if you spent half your time looking.

thats why its better for PVP
Xbow would be better for PVE because of the range. Knockback, knockdown etc ..
