Why hasn't Silkroad Online and Joymax been chosen for these categories???

1. Best In-game support.
2. Best customer service.
3. Cleanest gaming environment.



This is preposterous. How can they not have been picked as one of the nominees for those categories? After all that they have done for us :P

maybe because they support people only if we offer money?
also they don't do a good job a "customer service" and
they don't have a clean gaming enviroment because it's filled with bots :(


(that's just IMO on why they didn't get in those categories :P)
