Alienware may look nice and have big words, but they are overpricing REALLY HARD.

Seriously, if you build your own, you can probably be around $500 cheaper, then if you would've bought from alienware.
Unless you don't know anything about computers, I wouldn't recommend alienware.

Where do you live? U.S., Canada, U.K. or Australia?

Newegg.com for U.S.
NCIX.com for Canada.
I forget the other 2 though.

Steer clear of alienware unless you have a TON of money. Alienware, while good machines, are overpriced. They market primarily to rich folks and elitests.

Stick to Newegg.com and TigerDirect.com.

If you have the patience to wait a month or so to start building, between these two sites, you can probably build your machine for a few hundered less. Their front page sales change almost daily.

PS. Unless you're building a monster, I reccomend the ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe model motherboard.

Just make sure you have a case with a lot of holes in it. Number one cause of hardware failure? (Not counting stupid people) is prolonged minor overheating.
...and thus I have arrived at the conclusion that the science involved in 'The Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers' is indeed beyond even the frail criticisms of Dr. Stephen Hawking.
