Used to smoke, still fight not to. When I did I didn't really notice how I was smoking but when I noticed it was usually just with the thumb and forefinger except when I needed to use my thumb.
There really isn't anything "glamorous" about smoking, it's an addiction, we all know it, and people preaching to you about how bad it is does not help. I felt like I had to quit, I did it, and that was the end of it.
