the game is not given to us. JM expects us to buy silk therefore we expect a good game experience and a company that listens to their customers. but JM is not a good company

It is given to us, silk isnt mandated, i been playing my chars without silk for a few months now and i havent been blocked out. It's free, paying is an option, not a requirement.

You wouldn't be saying that if you had a lvl 80 char which took you 2 years to lvl up and farm then all of a sudden you login and your char is naked and lvl 15 murderer. Then you go to bug report and send them a billion reports about you being hacked then blame them for the account hack exploit but you get no response. You have already paid at least $2000 in this game, wouldn't you be pissed? I mean, after they took YOUR money you get hacked because of THEM. Just imagine...
It's not free for the people who actually pay for this game. Of course they CHOOSE to pay, but we ALL deserve a little ATTENTION paying or non-paying customers. As I've heard before, Joymax needs to learn from Blizzard's customer support.

even if they choose to pay, I still don't see why people want to make such a risky investment. The money you spend in SRO might as well be saved for an xbox360 or a new PC game

I like SRO, never had problems with anything besides some friends getting hacked. But IMO that was cause they where backstabbed by other *friends*..

Silkroad is a good game maybe...But calling it an AWESOME game is too much.

Joymax fails to realize that this is their game, and that this is their domain and that they should treat it as such, NOT as a "cash crop". at times joymax shocks us all, but most of the time its all a facade. every update they have done is to hide the truth which is; they cannot run a game.

look around the net this is not the first time joymax had darkeden, and we all know what happened to DE the first time >.> it's only a matter of time.

lets look at the main reasons that joymax and the community are destroying this game which has been proclaimed to be great:

1] player bots
2] gold bots
3] community
4] management corruption

1) management corruption <--- the reason why gold bots exists
2) gold bots <--- the reason why community is getting worse
3) community <--- 1 of many reasons why ppl start to bot
4) player bots <--- the result of many reasons...

and btw our server is crowded by 70% goldbots, 25% ppl bots and 5% legits, so the main reason is that there are too much goldbots....
they got ks mode on ---> annoying ppl
their earned gold increase economy prices ---> ppl getting pissed off and are rarely able to afford so much gold
since joymax only ban 10/100000000 goldbots, this game will be crowded with them ---> no more new ppl can join the game because they can't log in

the only things we can do are as follows:

1. quit
2. wait for joymax getting better support

I would appreciate more ideas....

even worse there is a kinda of inflation in older servers, its like party infaltion shall we say, because every one is plvling too, you can't even get in a party with out people wanting you to pay them, because party grinding must not be the focus of euro, and plvl must have been the intent, I wish they would implement the party lvl limits to 5 or 10 like they orginally planed on, they say they are going to do stuff and half ass it, bad business ruined the econmy and party system, and the community is so lame, all these boters think they are hard core, lol I got called a noob in uinon chat for saying botting is cheating, seriously, I like a few people on pacific but i may just not bother, makes me angery some times how lame the older servers are, I hope i can get on venus and get a good party grind in later. dude i agree with you so much it's a free game if you wasted money on it that's your choice they didn't force you to buy silks even if the game has a bad customer support it's a nice looking game and some of it's features are unique so it's either take it or leave it SILKROAD FOREVER ( I've spent 100 dollars on this game so don't say i'm just a noob freeloader)

I think Silkroad Online is a good game too. There, I said it! *looks shocked*

The game itself is great. It's fun, lots of things you can do. There are problems with it, the logon process (without premium) sucks, the bot infestation sucks, customer service sucks, but the game itself is great.
