Should i drop Fire and add Force for HP(Passive) ress/healing series??

most ppl get force for the vital spot series , ie. impotent, weaken, decay status to amplify nuke dmg...
but its useless against cleric's holyword/innocent debuffs
its good in 1v1 against any 1 except cleric, in guildwar/job war most like there will be cleric around so not really useful
