it depends really, i h ave a freind overweight, but very funny and nice, the girls love him.
dropping weight is easy, but hard at the same time.
for wrestling we need to drop weight all the time, u could lose 10 pounds in 1-2 days EASILY depending how much fat u have.

as long as overweight ppl know they're overweight, they can live their life however they want. i ..... hate it when they don't think they're fat, when it's so painstakingly obvious that they are.

same wit anorexics, especially girls. some girls think they're fat, but they're just right, or underweight, and they won't eat a full meal a day. i just wanna beat some sense into them.

okay heres the thing. i used to be tall and fat too. around 5'9 and 180 pounds. but i was good at sit ups =] i good do more or the same as an average person. so one day i decided to do 50 situps per day. after a month i started seeing results. i dont know if it was the situps but a year later i was 6'2 and 160 pounds. i think the weight went to my height O_o oh and if you're worrying dont, theres a lot of fat people with hot girlfriends and wives :D

hmm ok just to be extremely honest if a person is fat i will label him/her as a loser couse to begin with that is how they feel............. most of the time they dont have the confidence to express themselves in public,arent happy with themselves regardless of what you/they say some say is genes w/e all i see are excuses ............make some healthy lifestyle choices and get your life back in track at some point i gained 20 pounds and my confidence went down.......really sucked ........ but i did something about it short after and i am in an awesome shape ( almost always being) i concider myself a succesful person and a good part of it is couse i am in a very good shape, when you are in shape people accept you have more frineds therefore more opportunities open up seriusly if you are fat or something help yourself insteed of watching so much tv/playing games run a lap or 2 twice a week and you will see huge changes the only person who will benefit from this is you and in a great way all you need is the will couse you have the means all it takes is a pair of legs to start getting in shape

some tips to work out
dont do the same type of exercise repeadely you need to wait 48-72 hours between each type example. you did legs on monday dont dont them on tuesday wednesday is when you want want to do it reason for this is couse every time you work out you rip your muscles ( even the few you have) and you need to give them time to repair
NOTE!!! there are 2 exceptions to this rule one is abs and other legs( forgot name of muscle) , you can work on your abs and run virtually every day reason why is couse this muscles are really hard to rip

how i work out
1. monday,wednesday and saturday bench
monday and wednesday i do 150 pounds 15 repetitions and for saturday i put large amounts of weights 230-250 pounds 3-5 repetitions ( mostly 3.....) you do this to push your muscles and make them set a new standard(so they keep growning) you dont want them to get comfortable with w/e you do other days

2. tuesday-saturday running
i run tuesday tru saturday 2 miles each day not too much but enough to keep my cardio at a good lvl
if you read this dont try to run 2 miles on your first day >.>...............if you havent run in a while and are just getting started i would recommend starting with 1/4 of a mile keep this for at least a week run the 1/4 mile and if you are doing ok repeat this but dont do it over 2 times if you are not in shape( no matter how good you feel) you will only hurt yourself at the end each week add 1/4 mile and you should get the results you want
NOTE!!! take your first 2 weeks really slowly you need to allow your body to adapt to the new changes dont care if you are young or old

well hope this help some of you or give you an idea of how to properly work out. Being in shape is all about 1 thing commitment if you dont have it you fail doesnt matter if you do this fro a week or a month you will get back to point a if you stop is not a job is a lifestyle

another thing i wanted to add diet. To make it short if you are on a diet specially the homemade ones you are stupid stop eating wish is what they all are is so wrong for so many reasons that i wont bother to explain i am saying here eat what you want but dont order 10 pizzaz for breakfast either...........you can eat any food you want and still have an awesome body as long as you are physically active !! small note here !! fruits help duh but most people dont like them wish is ok .Fruits and vegies are pretty much energy without fat so you understand why they are good i do eat some myself but dont base my diet in any way around them

btw i talk about ebnching in part 1 i dont think many girls will be doing 250 pounds.....ladies do female push-ups if you dont like having "saggy"(kinda) arms or if you want to be a bit stronger

i am sorry if i offended any1 on the first part was just being honest and i hope you can accept me the way i am is just how i feel

It's because your questions are too general and have no point.

Obviously sizes are important, if there weren't sizes, how would people find clothes :P

Do some people care about their looks? What do you think, use some common sense, of course some people care, that's why they work out and try to stay in good shape. Honestly IMO everyone cares about how they look, it's just some people choose to do something about it while others don't.

Your last question is pretty similar to your second question, if the fat person was happy with him or herself, then no they wouldn't go on a diet. If they wanted to lose weight, they would.

Since none of your questions pertain to a specific person, they're way too general and can be answered with a "If they want to they would, if they don't they wouldn't".

at your point 2: I'm in our school library atm, and I see some butt ugly guys out here.. well, their nerds, but still...
some guys do look good even if they are nerds.. but the guys I can see here are fugly..

I think it's important to be fit. It's much easier to get in contact with people if you look good. Long term relationships are mostly built of personality match tho.

Is size important?
Everyone has their own opinions, many people judge from what they see so it can be hard. Maybe the shirt thing is just a starter for you to lose weight, and you will keep loosing it from their.

I am 6'1 and am 4% body fat, i eat like a whale and all i do is surf.

This is something you could do.

I am trying to put muscle onto my upper body and build up stanima for surfing. I got a calender and said for 3 months i will spend 30 mins doing weights everynight, and if i missed a day i would just add another day onto the 3 months. Cross each day as it goes by, goes pretty fast too!

SO maybe you could adapt this to your weight loss.

But weight isnt such an issue with me, its the inner arsehole i dont like!
