Euro Skill Weapon Reflect

Some Euro skills say Weapon Physical Attack Reflect XXX%

what does this mean? forexample, the skill for Warriors Howling Shout (or something -_- cant remember) which grabs aggro to everymob in a 20m radius. one of the description was the reflect thing, i was wondering what it does if it is a bad effect or good effect to have xD

it adds aggro according to your weapon damage.

for example, if it's 2000% and your have 1000-1500 physical damage, then it will have like... A crap load of aggro, lol ^ ^

I dunno, but it's a good thing.
