tips for working out
dont do the same type of exercise repeadely you need to wait 48-72 hours between each type example. you did legs on monday dont dont them on tuesday wednesday is when you want want to do it reason for this is couse every time you work out you rip your muscles ( even the few you have) and you need to give them time to repair
NOTE!!! there are 2 exceptions to this rule one is abs and other legs( forgot name of muscle) , you can work on your abs and run virtually every day reason why is couse this muscles are really hard to rip
how i work out
1. monday,wednesday and saturday bench
monday and wednesday i do 150 pounds 15 repetitions and for saturday i put large amounts of weights 230-250 pounds 3-5 repetitions ( mostly 3.....) you do this to push your muscles and make them set a new standard(so they keep growning) you dont want them to get comfortable with w/e you do other days
2. tuesday-saturday running
i run tuesday tru saturday 2 miles each day not too much but enough to keep my cardio at a good lvl
if you read this dont try to run 2 miles on your first day >.>...............if you havent run in a while and are just getting started i would recommend starting with 1/4 of a mile keep this for at least a week run the 1/4 mile and if you are doing ok repeat this but dont do it over 2 times if you are not in shape( no matter how good you feel) you will only hurt yourself at the end each week add 1/4 mile and you should get the results you want
NOTE!!! take your first 2 weeks really slowly you need to allow your body to adapt to the new changes dont care if you are young or old
well hope this help some of you or give you an idea of how to properly work out. Being in shape is all about 1 thing commitment if you dont have it you fail doesnt matter if you do this fro a week or a month you will get back to point a if you stop is not a job is a lifestyle
another thing i wanted to add diet. To make it short if you are on a diet specially the homemade ones you are stupid stop eating wish is what they all are is so wrong for so many reasons that i wont bother to explain i am saying here eat what you want but dont order 10 pizzaz for breakfast either...........you can eat any food you want and still have an awesome body as long as you are physically active !! small note here !! fruits help duh but most people dont like them wish is ok .Fruits and vegies are pretty much energy without fat so you understand why they are good i do eat some myself but dont base my diet in any way around them. Before i close this i want you all to know that sugar is very bad..lol(makes you fat) and soda has tons of it this is something you want to avoid also mayonnaise just pure fat there
btw i talk about benching in part 1 i dont think many girls will be doing 250 pounds.....ladies do female push-ups if you dont like having "saggy"(kinda) arms or if you want to be a bit stronger
