In contrast to Panu, I actually like the text in the corner - it looks pretty nice. Another thing that I like about your Sig is the border: it looks nice and fresh, compared to the normal 1px stroke border.
However, I think that the size of your Sig is a tad too small. I've always liked 320px by 110 px. Even if what I like as my size is only a personal opinion, like Panu said, for this Sig, it makes the render seem very cramped. Other than that, although it's not really in my style, I like it. It looks like you really did a nice job.

Ill agree on what fena said except for one thing, the text. Id say if you want to have corner text it should be small, about 9-12px. Thats just my opinion though, you can do whatever you want.

Different font, and placement. I agree the light source is at a weird spot, it was the first thing that drew my attention and when you add that much light it creates the focal point, and I don't think the focal point is really the shoulder. Other then that it's aight <3
