As far as his incredible HP goes, isn't he a special type of unique? Roc Mountain has several peaks. If you run their area descriptions (that pop up in the blue box when you enter the area) through a translator, they all look somewhat like this:

It is sealing of the mysterious bird lock and the peak which the height (heart) is defending with the protection which it receives

To me that makes it sound like the peaks each protect Roc somehow, so maybe you have to get people attacking whatever is at the peaks to take down Roc's defenses.

140 as a final level cap doesn't make sense when Joymax intended chinese characters to only have 2 trees.

I agree I think chinese should have 3/4 masteries till the last cap (I'm euro but I want chinese to be strong too, or everone will go euro)

Level 107 is more like it. Level 90's could not get Roc lower then 95% hp is 2 hours of continuous fighting. I believe roc hits higher and farther(range) then Medusa. Making Roc the hardest unique in sro currently.

After like 2 hours of fighting...hp didn't move much...

I say cruor is right, because I think a high level mosnter like that needs some power from somehwere, to make this game really hard to finally kill all the uniques.

Roc would be the strongest, and he would be something just like an End Boss. and you would need to do special things to finally defeat him.
And I know that the Roc's are has got 4 big peaks so it could be right what Cruor said: You need to demolish the 4 mountains before you can actually kill Roc.
