it means an randomly spawned NPC will be selling 8D sosun items

but you have to find him first, and he has a limited stock

no i heard last time he spawned in the taka mountains, many ppl got stuck and d/c'd (and they couldnt login because everytime they log in they would get d/c) trying to get to him.

It means that the out of town trade NPC are selling trade goods instead of only receiving them. The goods cost less with a greater return, yet you have no one star protection, even under 40 from what Ive heard.

Specific locations (bandit den in jangan, robber den in donwhang, and niya remains in taklamakan) will sell trade goods for the normal price when that bargain price message comes up. Its called "bargain" because these locations are closer to towns, yet they sell for almost the same amount as moving from one town to another. You have to do quests only available to a trader at levels 20, 40, and 60 to be able to buy from the appropriate locations.

Those bargain goods seem to spawn more npcs though...

Yes, they do cost the same as the items you would buy from trade shops at towns.

whitesnow is correct,

btw thief player need to be caution cos even your stolen goods is only 1 star but your npc hunter will spawn according to that trader's npc thief spawn.

for example u saw a trader with 4 npc thief attacking him and u managed to kill and gets the loot and u realise that the goods is only 1 star and maybe 50k worth and u can see 4-5 npc hunter spawn for u

. first time happen to me i like wtf, but its only for first round the next round onwards only 1 or 2 npc will spawn for u.

maybe its a glitch or something :banghead:
