Star 1 poppers aka Thiefs who kill one star traders do lol

And dont spam this thread with "Get a life...or noobss....or its just a game..yada yada... Only real solutions and problems welcomed.

Ok this topic has been discussed like thousand times and the solutions are very obvious but not suitable. Yes not suitable for a one man army.
I was killed 4 times in row by the 1 * poppers. Lost all of it and sad the last one was a bot .
I am talking about lvl 20 to lvl 21 people. I just hear everyone saying are u crazy trying to trade at that lvl get a good hunter , stay off the roads...the thiefs train a lot they can do this...you should train and stop complaining...oh please dnt give me that. If it wasnt a good idea why wud they put it for lvl 20 anyways doh!! So there has to be a better way to get this guys. And i just need solutions different ones. Coz frankly speaking hiring a hunter is a tiresome job for both him and me , very few wud get ready to help a lvl 20 trader ..besides there isnt much profit.

Now i need to know if lets say two thiefs(real players & npc or both real players) are after you...(if ur a trader lvl 20) and one of the thiefs attacks ur vehicle other thief joins in later when most damage to the Horse/Camel is done..i mean to say the transport is almost dead . Now at this moment if i myself terminate the transport the goods fall off !! Who has the right to collect it the thief who attacked most of the time or its who gets lucky collecting more of the goods amongst the 2 thieves?

Secondly: Can monkey be quick enough or even be able to collect it?
Thirdly: The Npc theifs do they spawn only if another thief is around or they spawn anyway?

fouth: Can a thief stop the NPC thiefs spawing realted to him?

ANY player thief can pick up ANY goods on the ground once they have summoned a transport.

Only the original owner wearing his merchant flag with a transport summoned or a thief with a transport summoned can pick up trade goods.

Thats the short answer to your question.

The solution to getting killed by player or NPC thieves is:
1. run a 1 star until you are higher level, better protected or more experienced.
2. Don't trade
3. Be smart. People tell you to stay off the roads, etc because they have experience you do not. Listen to them.

There is no easy way to defeat a detrmined player, no tricks, no exploits. NPC theives kill without discrimination.

NPC thieves spawn randomly from traders with transports that have goods and thieves with transports that have goods.

No amount of ranting or complaining will change these facts.

Well i didnt mean to find any 'EXPLOITS' OR 'TRICKS', yes i do understand staying off the roads is the most obvious thing to do. But dosent work the longest off road route i tooks was 45 mins session still got pawned near DWNHNG lol.
Thanks i do understand doing trade at high lvl is the best thing.
But i will tell you the truth i already posted what i am going to write here hope more ppl catch that:
I am lvl 20 spend i dont know how many months trying to get my sp Just to 6000 finally got it there and was attacked out of no reason by many players on the same day again and again and again got so mad that i just leveled up anything i cud see int the skill tree...it took 2000 sp to cool me off with that madness. before i realised my rage wasnt worth it was all over all those late night hrs all those 10 hrs straight sittings that 30 dlrs i spent buyihg money bows and revival clock..all wasted all for what just cos got delevelled by some bunch of i dnt know what to say.
I posted this one some other thread they thougth i was asking them for a bot configuration.
cos i said i am lvl 19 and want to stay 20, thats sad. I said that because i was going to do it all over make a new character even though i spent endless nights leaving my computer on putting up stalls and stuff..in the end all it took was one day to waste it now i want to find a way to carry out trade at lvl 20 as i dont want to spnd time lvling it up but want to
make enough money to buy sos or som so i can atleast get decent sp for new character.
But thanks. And i am not talking about shortcuts getting 6000 sp at a 9 lvl gap with a normal 16 lvl bow at a place whr 1000 ppl hunt bandits for sp isnt a easy task. Specially when ppl keep on stealing ur kills lol.

how to avoid em? 3 words- use a horse
yea yea yeah horses die fast and they dont carry as much as camels so ffing what!!!!!!!!!!!they're far more maneuverable and, have you noticed that most 1star poppers use horses? why? CUZ THEY'RE FASTER!!! if you'll use a camel they'll have a much easier time catching up to you, and many of them would just wait for a camel trader to pass by.

now lets picture a scenario where ur running away from a thief, dont zigzag ur horse unless u absolutely have to! they'll catch up with u, never let em get to ur side, if u keep em behind u all of the npx thieves would target them

and another tip- if u choose to use a camel, ask a friend to scout ahead of u and warn u of 1 star poppers so u can pick a different road

just keep in mind you'll need plenty of horse pills when u hit the ferry areas that's the main pressured area,i found that janjan east ferry cliffs are climbable(u can climb em) so u can try going through there

Also, if you are near the ferrries when they try to 1* pop, just go back over and wait.
Usually after a minute or two they have become preoccupied and you can get by

Make friends, they can help you in a tight spot. I was saved once by having my brother nuke the thiefs attacking me. The thief ran when his plan failed. My brother stuck a hunter suit on and hunted him down.

if you get absolutly sick of them thiefs, don't trade. Wait a couple months and become a hunter...then get revenge. MUHAHAHA

Indeed revenge is sweet i even got screen shots of all the thieves who killed me once i get to lvl 43 or up ..They surely dont want to mess with a Pure STR/FIRE/LIGH/ICE Blader.

This is not everyones cup of tea but.... I find that a good way to trade at low levels is to be at least lvl24+. This means you have just got your new weapon as you can fight all aggro mobs from (jang-don)also beacuse of a very handy skill. At lvl 23 there is a skill that in the force tree called "Harmony Theropy" this is the gold circle that helps you heal faster. It also reppels agro mobs (and npc thiefs) up to lvl33. When you see a thief with a transport, first avoid it, then if it follows you then use this skill. Most poppers i have met have been lvl30-33 so this works to stop there npc's spawning on you. Stay in the circle till the skill runs out. Then move along as yo normally would if the persist to follow then they are very deterirmined. (most poppers move onto their next victim by now) Then just use the skill again.

The downside is (not sure if i should be saying this) is that your npc thiefs will attack innocent by standers, thats why i only use this when being persued by a popper.

If you dont up this skill anymore then it shouldnt matter as when you are lvl33 yourself you will be able to kill the npc's anyways.

Well if you cant handle poppers level yourself and stop friggin trading! You shouldnt need to anyways since everything you can buy before 52 you can easily afford it from drops.

I havent done a single trade run until level 42 and during that run I had a level 60 (before cap raise) try to pop me. Well guess what? I killed the dang thief, wasted a zerk and about 20 potions but the high level thief realized I could take his thiefs so decided to leave.

You need to get determined to lvl so you can not be poped or to pop yourself. Every1 who pops put their time into grinding so they could compete and do a job. Lvl 20ish is too low to trade im sry. Get out to the chakji, and start grinding....
