compaq mouse,cant find softwar, scroller no work

sorry for the bad english on the title, i needed to do that so it would fit. well i just tripled my ram and now i use my laptop for playing sro.. i found some old compaq mouse i had sitting around and its good accept the fact that i cant scroll out. mega lame... i dont know the exact model so ill describe it, its black, and is oval shape, not right or left handed but both. its a regular ball bottom mouse.. i tried searching but i cant find the software, please help me.

you need to know the egsact model to get the software.

try looking underneither - does it have a barcode with small print? :wink:

it has a ton of number in many sequences, i dont know which is which ill put them all here in a sec

ok im going to give alot of the numbers, hope one of them helps, ill start with the numbers on the sticker on the bottom of the mouse:

it has a logitech logo printed in the plastic in the bottom and the rest of the numbers are just patent numbers soo....
