New argument. Me and my teacher have been arguing about this for some time now. Here is teh argument do you think that theys hould alow to show breast (female) on tv. I mean they already show male titties why cant theys how female?

lol they show much worse things then boobies on TV, so I don't see why not.

Though its on movie channels and adult channels, so I guess another reason is to only let those who pay >.>.

There is definitely a difference between male and female though lol, I wouldn't really use that as an argument.

The decision of how to act on it teeters on the line of maturity.

They show adult-rated content on TV all the time, and what lets them do this is the power of the disclaimer. By putting up a slightly adjusted version of "This program may contain content that some viewers may find offensive. Viewer discretion is advised," networks can put anything they want on the air. Adult content can only be played late at night, however, and now you're getting into the laws of TV Land.

Do I think it's okay? Yeah, sure. It's up to the guardians of the household to shield their children. The responsibility really doesn't lay in the laps of the tv networks. Family Guy made a great point on this topic in one of their later episodes.

In some other countries, say Japan, a females chest or even fully nude on tv(as long as there are no intense sexual acts), even during the day isn't anything odd. They have public baths and all. In fact even cursing such as the F word during the day isn't considered all that bad. America is just too tight assed. Probably all the soccer moms and all the greedy stupid parents who want to sue and blame tv for their crappy parenting.
