More MP from equipping this?? (NOT from BLUES)

I don't know how this works, as I haven't been playing Euro that much (still more of a Chinese char person).
But anyway, today I was killing Barpolles/Misos Baroi and I got a SOS Lv8 harp (first seal weapon drop ever! ). When I put it on my MP went up by about 398!

And for those who say "screens or it didn't happen", here you go.

Here's my wizzie with Lv8 Staff (I'm not farming, it's just for fun, so low SP).

As you can see it just has Immortal and Lucky x6, but there's my MP and a bunch more.

Is this something with the harp and staff? Like equipping a harp gives you more MP or is it that 2nd skill with the MP -3% consumption thing. Explanations, anyone?

Yes, equipping a harp automatically gives you more MP w/o needing Blues.

Harp users have a +MP passive only when the harp is equipped.
