NO ACCESS TO SRO DUE TO BOT/HACKING/SCAMMING USE

I am Questmaster, and it seems the quests have ended.

I can not access SRO, and so does a lot of Philippine users using SmartBro, and those who have used BOT Programs.

I never used a BOT Program(Why should I? I won't enjoy my quests that way). However, Joymax has still not resolved the issue of why SmartBro users can not create their own accounts and have to resort to the local DSL cafe so as to create an account.

Now, it's gotten worse. Many players do not have their own fast net connection. I use a shop when I have the time to play. In that shop, I have seen other players use BOT Cards. Now I can't access SRO too. The fault of others, and I can't play anymore?

I can't even report or make any comments to the programmers(e mga pinoy din mga lintek na iyan, lalo yung isa jan na dating programmer ng ragnarok. tapos yung isa jan na programmer, nagbebenta pa ng gold at bot card, di alam ng mga boss nya. at wag na kayo magbot, mas malaki ang bigay pag party 8 shar all, tapos lahat bumabanat - di kasama PL oi)

Para mi amigos y amigas en BR, PR, Mejico, que pasa?

Consider me a noob for this forum, I've just gotten in.

I would appreciate if I am corrected, and given directions on what to do.

hmmm smartbro too? so far i heard only smartbro users getting banned (no globe or pldt). i wonder how joymax banned our ip adds.if they only ban bot users how come we get banned too?i dont bot for sure (almost 1 year playing and still lvl 66), does it mean they randomly pick ip to ban?

the thing with smartbro is, isa lang ang IP halos lahat. kaya pati ako nadamay. i rarely play coz i have school 8am-6pm. i only play when i have some extra time here at home.

i remember when we had the same problem a few months back. all SmartBro-ken users were getting C9 error for a couple of days. maybe the problem isn't joymax.

if somebody can access silkroadonline.net forums pls post our problem, it seems ALL smartbro users are banned/no access even to the forums.

same here. using SMARTBRO. I cannot connect to the website as well as the game itself.. please help! block those bots but not us who spent money and time to play the game.

its now morning and i still cant connect to sro game/website. can anyone out there help us...? we would really appreciate it if u reported this to joymax.

I also tried to use a proxy IP server and still the website is not showing up. Please help.

I still cant connect to SRO...same problem as yesterday.

What creeps me out is why do they have to ban IP addresses if that's really the case. Its a STUPID thing to do. They should at least do a survey before banning IP addresses. I'm sure that JM is aware that many users share the same IP address. And if they really banned us, it is only proper to send us e-mails or notification saying that we are banned from the game, I'm a legit player and i deserve due recognition from JM. My other concern is why can we still access JOYMAX portal but cant access account management page?

I think that the problem lies in the ISP (SMARTBRO).

LET'S FLOOD SMARTBRO WITH COMPLAINS...FIND THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM! I only subscribed in smartbro because of SRO!

some of my guild mates are from philipines but they're using different isp without any problem. maybe u guys need to check with your isp 1st before jumping to any conclusion.

i'm from malaysia and using streamyx, we have this problem once but its been resolve by our isp not joymax,

come on joymax is just game developer and even their server is hosted by third party. they cant do much to help u guys.
