What's so special about SOS?

Well, obviously I am new and I'm trying to figure out what's the big deal about SOS Equipment. The stats don't seem to be that great, do they do something special? Thanks.

Yeah ... when you have something on you thats written with gold letters
every one will respect you ... tho they cant see it >.<

Look again ... Stats:
Lv. 1 Weapon
SoS - stats like lv. 5
SoM - stats like lv.10
SoSun - stats like lv.15

The stats of the equipment is like that of a piece 5 (Seal of Star) to 15 (Seal of Sun) levels higher than when you can start using it. Imagine using a level 57 weapon at level 42...

Ah right that makes perfect sense, I just joined the new.. "Uranus" server so I'm usually only seeing Level 1 SOS equipment around. But yeah that makes sense thanks guys.

Welcome to SRF.

Sos, is simply +5 to the gear, a little stronger at lower levels, but not that important until you get to around lvl 10+.

What character do you have? Euro or Chinese?

SOS gear/weaps are better of course ..
stronger and better looking with the glow :D

you're a lvl off. Unless the first weapon is lv 0. lol

sos is +7 look on http://www.silkroadonline.net its offical

The phys attk and mag attk are +5. The phys and mag reinforces make it like +7
