I think I'm gonna ditch light completely. Seems a lot less helpful than ice.

If I wanted to move fast I would make a euro with a bard sub.
light just has the speed boost and some useless buffs for strs imo.

u can skill lightning up to 30. Than u walk ~32% faster.

u dont really need 90 ice for a pure str bow.

if u doing it cuz of snow shield then ur sadly mistaken, from wat i heard, snow shield depletes your mana while it takes the hits ... so ur a pure str so that means u got little mana anyways. so why 90 ice again? its only got snow sheld, def buff and passive ... while light gots speed,passive,piercing,parry. i say

40 ice ... at the max , but without ice its 90 fire-bow and light.

no im not seeing where ur going ... if u say ur gonna use drugs for speed, well ur wasting ALOT of money there.

the point of a bowman isnt to last the battle, its like a nuker ... kill them before they reach you.

and no, i didn't say I would look for a bard every time I job and pvp. I'm just saying there is a balance between drugs, scrolls, and buffs. Anyway, I have plenty of euro friends who already job with me.

Go 90pach 90fire 60ice 60 light.
If you want a (small) def boost.
60 light gives 19m phantom. 90 give around 22-23.

I guess I misread. You just confused me because you said the point of a bowman is to kill them before they reach you.

also when ur jobbing and 2-3 are on u the phantom is the only way to escape since they dono which direction ur going , if u only have bard speed buff they just catch up with u with there phantom and stun or knockdown u till the others catch up and then ouch game over

so light is very necessary

Well, I guess I have come to the conclusion that without light your dead.
So I think a more reasonable idea is to go 90 bow, 90 fire, 60 light, and 60 ice as Hasbin was saying.

I am making a new str bower going pacheon;90, lighting90, fire90 and ice 30.

Reason; My old bow account was awesome in pvp and didnt need ice for the defense.

However if I got time to kill, I will farm enough to have ice and lighting going up at the same speed. My aim till I am farmed at cap is: pacheon71, fire71, lighting71 and ice 60. I will need the defense of ice until I get the knockback and stun arrow.

if u leave light at 70 u can save 112k sp just so u know, all u get is for those 20 lvls is like 10% speed about 10 parry and a few meters on phantom, is it worth it? who knows

looking at this closey i can see that it might be more worth it with the lvl 70 light making other trees like cold to be raised to 50 with a lvl 50 cold tree we can have.

18buff+18passive=36 phy deffence boost
book 1 and 2 of frost nova to freeze those ints without ice immunity
33% Snow shield (will our mp run out with 33%? i have no idea)

so looking at this i myself would pick 70 light and 50 ice, apart from the sp saving we dont really get much bonus from the light and when 90 cap comes we wouldnt have to fear about delvling which trees because all we do is drop ice to 30 and up bow and fire to 100.

what do u all think?

i normally dont write down my ideas because i like to keep my builds my own style etc but would like some feedback this time

um all i can say is this is a pure fail build ok ice 90 for wat if u already pure str and if u getting 90ice for snow shield u are a even bigger idiot the most a pure str needs is 20 ice or 30 ice for 90 cap
u are perfectly fine with first book of snow shield heck im pure str
and in pvp i have that snow shield i always get the no more mp message

i am a pure str build and yeah i am not upping light leaving it at 70 its just not worth it to up it anymore

90 is going to bring Division for Force so my advice would be

Force: 90
Pacheon: 90
Fire: 88
Lightning: 32 (lowest ghost walk should be a must!)
