i must of read it wrong, I thought you said you weren't human. for the elven quest, you have to kill a mob around scorpion cave. try killing stuff outside of your race's cave, odds are you will get the drop.

I just don't get how you're having a problem, every quest I've done atleast told me the general area I was going to.

for WF u have to kill cougaron things for the rocco man, then after u get the rocco man find from the cougaron things u have to find the rocco grass, which is somewhere around the silkridge area, near wolfden or shore of sparrow i believe, behind a big rock.

Im at lvl 28 (not that high) and I still like it, its a little harder to kill and you get to kill more and more bosses
