Hybrid INT Spear

Hello,

i have been looking into the hybrid int spear build for some days and i think it might be good. what i want is a heavy int hybrid, i think the stats r like 1:7. i have some questions about this build.
1) Will Lightning/Cold/ Heuksal be enough skills for this build.
2) how much hp will this build have at lvl 90? With the Heuksal Passive included of course.
3) will this build be affective in grinding and in pvp at 90?
4) how many lvls of pure str will this build need? i think its full str till lvl 11, then int all the way.
5)how will this build compare to pure int sword? i know it will have more hp, but wat about dmg? and which one will have higher defence?
6) wat armor would i wear? i was thinking protector, but will garment be reasonable?
7) for this build, do i have to take bow to 30 just to train faster?
these are my questions. i have read guides about hybrid int like 1:2, but none of them talk about heavy int hybrids. .

I'm not sure what a 1:7 hybrid is...maybe a mag balance of 85%-90%

I'm pretty sure with a spear, this build would deal a ton of damage, but most people with this mag balance usually tend to choose s/s for the extra defense because of the lack of HP. I'm no expert on this, but I think a spear would be okay with the hueksal passive. You might actually want to wait for someone who has had experience with this build to post though, don't listen to me

90 ice would definately be needed though

Yep, definately! You might want to take fire to 30 for a little extra immunity and the first nuke.

Er, I'd have to calculate that..probably over 10K atleast

There are spear users like this at 90 cap, and with the extra cold defense you should be fine.

Well, I wouldn't do it that way. When you get to level 30 you want to have a high mag balance for the nukes, so maybe throw in some health after level 25. I'd probably go full int until level 25, then maybe alternate. 3 Int, 3 Str, 3 int, 3str...or just do whatever you need to.

Assuming both have cold maxed, same equipment, and the same mana shield, higher defense would be the s/s nuker...they have a shield, remember.

6) wat armor would i wear? i was thinking protector, but will garment be reasonable?
Protector will work well, but when you get the extra 42 defense from the ice passive/buff you can switch to garments I think.

7) for this build, do i have to take bow to 30 just to train faster?
If you want to! Another option is getting pwrlvled at the ongs. You can get to 30 in almost a day without sp farming.

well i thought that heavy int hybrid would have the same dmg as pure int sword..

I'm aiming for an 83-84%mag balance, so close to yours if I'm correct...

my hyb spear charater is 85% mag. and its really good in pvp and pve. just max the snow shield.

is 89% a bad hybrid spear? im pure int to 80 cap but if i add from 81-90 all str i think i can have 89% mag is this not good enough for a hybrid or am i better off being pure

well. not really but, u have to max snow shield. 89% isn't bad. just don't go over 90% and if u do, use s/s

i was s/s at 70 cap im not going to waist my time and money/gold again to delvl spear to get s/s again (even tho i wish i still had s/s) , i might just stay pure int and hope to make some cleric/bard friends i guess pure dmg all the way
