i need a rogue SKILL BUILDING GUIDE

i've seen the rogue guides but they dont tell me WHEN to put in the skills. so here's what im looking for

a guide for...
-XBOW+DAGGER ROGUE

including..
-WHEN TO PUT IN SKILL POINTS
-HOW MANY TO PUT IN
-WHY IT'S USEFUL
-WHAT IT DOES
-and whatever else

I don't exactly understand what you mean by, "WHEN to put in the skills."

XemnasXD's guide is more than able enough to explain everything and anything you need to know about a Rogue.
