My guildie has a problem..

Ok, here goes.

One of my guildies got the 100 year ban where you have to change your password, well he tried to but he couldn't.
The e-mail he used ended with @chello.nl, but they changed it and now its @upcmail.nl. So the inbox of chello.nl doesn't exist anymore. So he can't change his password

Also his new emailadress that ends with upcmail.nl, is too big for the box to enter email in, his email is 16 characters and the box is limited to 14 characters :banghead:

Does anyone know any solution for this?

yes... That is the other option right next to the email verification option.
