Step 1 - open MS paint
Step 2 - select the flood tool (paint bucket) and a colour
Step 3 - click somewhere inside the black lines in the top left corner
Step 4 - ???
Step 5 - profit and recognize the pattern

and now its not ,i saved the pic and opened it in many programs all of them don't respond help

A 2.4ghz dual-core couldn't do it. Paint froze and wouldn't go away so I eventually restarted my PC to get rid of it.
Then you might have your cores set-up in a weird way. On most dual-cores it tends to fill up only one core, allowing you to run on 1 core.
