Can Euro get Res scrolls from a quest?

i was just wondering,
Chinese hav a quest that gives u res scrolls
Do euros hav any?

I think he means that, Is there a euro quest that gives u res scrolls? Maybe he got 1 from chinese, but wanna another from an euro quest.

well i tried getting the quest from Chinese but the guy won't give
so unless its linked to others, i don't know how to get it

The quest for the res scrolls is a lvl 32 Chinese quest called 'Lachrymal Birthday present' from Bori.
In order for you to get that quest you have to have completed the lvl 32 Quest 'Birthday Present Material', also received from Bori.
According to the Quest guide, there is no linked quest for 'Birthday Present Material', however this is incorrect.
In order to get that quest you need to have completed the lvl 28 quest 'Leegak's Grudge' which, unsurprisingly, you get from Leegak!
So, go to Leegak first, get that quest and complete it then the quests from Bori should become available.
