make a botter go purple

so i tried to murder a botter and im a blader to his blader anyways after bout 10 min of trying to kil him i had to rebuff so as i was doing so the person that was watching my fight got attacked by the botter and the botter went purple a very short time later the botter somehow disappeared maybe i found a way for the botters to go purple by stop attacking ? :twisted:

one thing u could allways to to annoy a botter is to drop 1 and 1 arrow at the time, well atleat when they have a monkey then u will fill up their inventory XD.

if they don't have a mankey, drop one of each type of pot (small, med, large, pill, berry) and hope he gets an sos when hes full

Actualy thats not true, the monkey will stack the arrows if they are picked 1 by 1. You will have to drop 126 at the time so they can not stack them since the max is 250

The main use of protectors in the game now is to kill poor guys that dont know what it is lol. They are completely ineffective against botters.

Right now there are tons of "goldfarmer" botters in Oasis

All those chars named 'Ghxxyl', 'dflqrt' or some other silly name, using glavie and probably being strength build...

... every time I go offender on them, they just don't reply and keep attacking mobs (autoattack with no skill, self-heal... again and again).

They grind in areas where the mobs are obviously far under their level (fighting Yeowas with a moon glavie :roll:

) so there's no way to get them killed by monsters

I can't even freeze them cause I'm not a cold user and don't want to waste sp in it).

... and when I stop attacking them, they just keep ignoring me... :banghead:

P.S. : Please Ryoko, don't nuke this thread!

(it's not a 'you're a botter' thread)

I have discovered that shouting a GM's name at a gold farming bot often makes them log off. They log right back in though. You have to type it right with the brackets. [GM]Crayon - but it could be just a coincidence.

i did it..i murdered the guy i got zerk last night and saw him in the same spot as the day b4 with my friend watching i almost didnt kill him again ^^ i used two of my zerk bubbles b4 he dropped ..i then proceeded to grind off 900 of the 1200 murder pts i aquired then died on purpose to a npc cause we were having a trade run 0.-

you know what you could do if your a lot higher level then them? spawn some npcs theives on him... maybe that would work ;]?

There are some bots and they wear everything if it is stronger or if they haven't got one of that stuff on. So if u drop a cape SOME bots will pick it up and take it on... KILL.

But this doesn't work at all bots, it works rarely

I pay people 40k to kill the "Monkey" or the "Mangyang" or the "Bactrian Camel" =DD
