Silkroad Marketplace - a step towards a better silkroad

A new forum has recently been made, Silkroad Marketplace. As the name implies, the forum is strictly for buying, selling, and trading items. Yes we all know there are buy and sell sections in many forums, including the official Silkroad forum. And most of us know that all of those are ineffective. Only 5-10people use it on a given day, fewer than the number of servers available.

By making a forum purely dedicated to trading, it draws more attention to it. If the majority of silkroad players were to actually use this forum day in and day out we would experience less server traffic, less "lag" in towns, and a more efficient way of spending our time. For those of you that leave your computers on overnight to stall, you could turn it off instead and perhaps extend your computer lifetime.

Any questions and concerns can either be posted at Silkroad Marketplace or here (preferably there).

There is no risk of getting your computer infected with malware from visiting the forum. There is no risk of losing your account or personal data just by visiting the forum. The only thing required from you is an easy and free registration. Forum administrators and moderators will never take advantage of any of your data placed on the forum.

I suggest that the introduction and rules sections be read before posting.

The forum is new, and new forums start out small. With your help we can make it bigger and better. In time it will improve, and it might even appear on the official Silkroad site as a "fansite."

We will definately extend beyond the srf community, but I thought this was a nice place to start.

Thanks, but what we really need is for everyone to try it. It doesn't take all that much work or time. If you're reading this, at least try it for a few weeks (spend a minute or two every day). Tell everyone you know on your server about it, and tell them to spread the word to their friends as well.

Think about it....much less stalling if you help make this work out.

ok honeys, just so you all know, this is not just some website spammer. This
guy was so friendly as to pm us his link first and is officially allowed to link
his site on this forum for we saw potential in it.

basically its like our market place, but with seperate sections per server.
kindof like our guilds&clans system.

Have already one section for silkroad net players.... and believe me, is more active that here, in silkroadforums...

i think more people would use it if it had 'silkroad' in the url.
