I saw your last post... you need to understand that "heavy int" isn't really a build... there are only hybrids, pure ints, and pure str. "Heavy int" is a hybrid with lots of int so the as the guy said before... i think it was 87% or higher magic balance would be considered heavy int. It's not an explanation that can be set in stone. Just add as little str as possible.

not sure 87 percent. thats 7:1 build
an int heavy char would put more int points tahn str.
